Kim Delaney was an American actor from the United States. She is most famous for her character, detective Diane Russell, in the ABC series NYPD Blue. For this she was awarded the Emmy Award. Born as the only daughter to a top executive from the United Auto Workers and a household worker, Delaney grew up with her four brothers.
